I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for your courtesy and prompt response to my order. I had ordered replacement filters from the company that installed my pool. Five weeks later (and what was to be twice the cost) I still did not have my filters. My girls were anxious to swim and I found you online, made the order and cancelled my order with my pool company. You had promised a 7-10 day response and I received them in 3 working days! I'm astounded at how quickly you folks respond. Keep up the good work. Just wanted to drop you a line - we were very unhappy with the service we were getting from our local pool guy and his uncaring attitude rubbed us the wrong way. So we ordered our chemicals for the season and the Pool Genie from you. When we got our chemicals we forgot everything you told us on how to use them as we were nervous first time pool owners. We called back and spoke with Mike. He spent a good 20 minutes with us not only talking us through the chemicals, but he explained to us how to run our filter and use our vacuum. Do-it-yourself success story:

We completed our pool installation at the end of the summer of 2000. The spring of 2001 we completed our other landscaping, fencing, and miscellaneous for the project. I subcontracted the concrete deck flat work, gas hook-up, and electrical hook-up. The remainder of the project was "do-it - yourself" completed with assistance from family and friends.

Your kit was awesome to work with and of top quality. Kafko had to correct shipping on the coping around the steps and a few small, missed items were reshipped, but material was received timely. I would like to thank you personally for your one on one assistance in this project. You have been recommended to several friends considering their own pool. I hope you find the pictures interesting, the results have been a splash!

A Miracle!

After Hurricane Charley, our pool was filled with tree debris. After a week without electricity, the pool was green and cloudy. I spent over $200 on chemicals at our local pool store, but nothing cleared it up. In desperation, I went on the internet to try to find something that would work. I found Pool Genie, saw that it was guaranteed to work, and thought - what's the heck - I'll try it. When I received the package, I followed the instructions for balancing the chemicals, added Pool Genie with the recommended amount of chlorine, and started praying it would work. Literally before my eyes, the pool started turning blue. Within four hours, the pool was blue yet still cloudy. Another 24 hours, and the cloudiness was nearly gone. I can't believe it worked!
